1. Product images and descriptions

Product photographs and illustrations show our products as closely as we can, but they are for illustration only. Homemade cookies naturally vary in colour, size, shape and texture, and serving suggestions shown in photos (such as tea, leaves or garnish) are not included. Packaging designs may change. If a description on the Website differs from the label on your pack, the pack label applies.

2. Ingredients, allergens and food safety

• Each product page lists the ingredients and the allergens declared for that flavour. Please read them, and the pack label, before ordering and before eating.
• All our flavours are made in the same kitchen, which handles gluten (wheat), milk and sesame. Traces of these allergens may therefore be present in any flavour, even if they are not listed as an ingredient.
• If you have a food allergy or intolerance, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, check with a qualified professional before eating any food product.
• Store products as directed and eat them before the best-before date.

3. No medical or nutritional advice

Nothing on the Website is medical, dietary or nutritional advice. We do not claim that our products prevent, treat or cure any condition. Nutrition values are published only after laboratory verification; until then, they are not shown.

4. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep all information on the Website accurate and up to date, but errors can occur. Prices, offers and product availability can change without notice. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

5. Third-party websites and names

Links to other websites, such as IYEC or our payment gateway, are for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content. The Indian Youth Entrepreneurship Council (IYEC) is an independent organisation; its name and logo belong to it and are shown to describe its support for our business.

Our responsibility to you is set out in our Terms & Conditions. This Disclaimer does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
