Grievance Redressal

We want every order from krumbeeco.in to be right. This page explains how to raise a complaint and how we handle it, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Contact customer support

Write to us or call using the customer support details below, with your order number. Most issues about orders, delivery, refunds or products are resolved at this stage. For a product problem, please also follow our Refund & Replacement Policy.

• Your name and the email address or phone number used for the order.
• Your order number and order date, if the complaint is about an order.
• A clear description of the issue and what you would like us to do.
• Any photos, screenshots or documents that help explain it.

4. Our timelines

• We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
• We resolve it within one month of receiving it, and keep you informed of progress.

• National Consumer Helpline: call 1915 or register a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in (opens in a new tab).
• Consumer commissions: you can file a complaint with the District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, including online through e-daakhil.nic.in (opens in a new tab), under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Personal data complaints: after first contacting our grievance officer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
