1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of krumbeeco.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Krumbee & Co, operated by KRUMBEE & CO ("Krumbee & Co", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The following policies form part of these Terms: our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. A minor may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf. We currently deliver only to addresses in India.

3. Accounts and checkout

• You may check out as a guest or with an account. Where our checkout requires it, you will verify your mobile number with a one-time password.
• You must give accurate, complete and current information, including a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers, fake reviews or any breach of these Terms.

4. Our products

• Our cookies are homemade in small batches in Kota, Rajasthan. Natural variation in colour, size, shape and texture is normal and is not a defect.
• Product photographs are for illustration. The product you receive may look slightly different, and packaging may change from time to time.
• Each product page shows the ingredients, allergens, net quantity, MRP and best-before period. The pack label is the final authority. Please read it before eating, especially if you have an allergy.
• We publish nutrition values only once they are verified by a laboratory. We do not make health or medical claims about our products.
• Products are sold for personal consumption. Bulk or resale orders need our written agreement.

5. Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The selling price never exceeds the MRP printed on the pack, which is inclusive of all taxes.
• Your cart and checkout show the full price breakdown: product total, any offer discount, taxes as applicable, and delivery charges. You see the total before you pay.
• We work hard to show correct prices. If an obvious error in price or description affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund of anything you have paid.

6. Placing an order

• When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by showing the confirmation page or sending an order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, payment is not received or cannot be verified, we suspect fraud or misuse, or there is a pricing or listing error. In each case we refund any amount you have paid in full.
• For freshness and fair availability, we may limit the quantity of a product per order.

7. Payment

• Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay, using the methods it offers (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card details.
• Cash on delivery is offered only when shown as available at checkout for your address. When it is not available, the checkout says so and you can pay online.
• An online order that is not paid within the time allowed (currently 30 minutes) expires automatically, and its stock is released.
• If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the payment is reversed by the gateway or refunded by us. If it does not reach you within 7 working days, contact us with the transaction reference.
• Krumbee wallet. Signed-in customers can add money to a Krumbee wallet (by Razorpay) and receive refunds or goodwill credits into it. The wallet balance can be used only to pay for orders on krumbeeco.in. It does not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. A balance can hold up to ₹20,000. Wallet money used for an order that is not completed (for example, the rest of the payment is not made in time) goes back to the wallet automatically. If you close your account, contact us and we will refund any balance to your original payment method or bank account.

8. Offers and coupons

• Offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, such as minimum order value, validity dates and usage limits.
• Only one offer can be applied per order. Offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Discounts apply to the product value and not to delivery charges, unless the offer says otherwise.
• We may withdraw an offer at any time for future orders, and may refuse or reverse an offer used through fraud, multiple accounts or other misuse.

9. Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery areas, timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates shown are estimates. Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable food, cancellations, replacements and refunds are handled as set out in our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Food safety and allergens

• Please check the ingredients and allergens on the product page and pack before ordering and before eating. All our flavours are made in the same kitchen, which handles gluten (wheat), milk and sesame.
• Consume the product before its best-before date and store it as directed on the pack. Once opened, keep the pack closed in a cool, dry place.
• If you notice anything unusual about a product, do not eat it and contact us right away.

12. Reviews and content you submit

• Reviews must be honest, based on your own purchase and experience, and must not be abusive, misleading, defamatory or unlawful. Only customers with a delivered order can review a product.
• We moderate reviews before they appear and may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. We do not write, buy or alter reviews.
• By submitting a review, you allow us to display it on the Website and in our marketing, with your chosen display name, free of charge.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to break any law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems; introduce malware; scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means; place fake orders; abuse offers; or interfere with other users or the Website's operation.

14. Intellectual property

The Krumbee & Co name, logo, product names, photographs, designs and text on the Website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission. The IYEC name and logo belong to the Indian Youth Entrepreneurship Council.

15. Third-party services and links

Payments, deliveries and messages are provided by third-party services under their own terms. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, by information you give us that is wrong, or by not following the storage and allergen instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

18. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, transport or courier disruption, internet or power failure, or government action. We will tell you as soon as possible and, if we cannot fulfil your order, refund any amount you have paid.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. We encourage you to contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly. You may also approach the consumer commissions and the National Consumer Helpline as explained on our Grievance Redressal page.

20. General

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our not enforcing a right does not waive it.
• These Terms and the policies referred to above are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Website and your orders.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The effective date at the top shows the latest change.
